Q. Dry cleaning or hand washing is recommended. Can I use a washing machine with a delicate washing mode?

It is possible but it’s likely to lose the original texture. For keeping the best quality of silk, please wash by hands and dry it in the shade.

Q. It feels like the silk is losing its smooth texture and glossy color after washing it a couple of times.

Do you wash your silk properly? Silk is a very delicate fiber. Please wash gently by hands with warm water (cooler than 30℃), then dry it in the shade. This way you can enjoy the high-quality silk for the long term.

Q. It causes static electricity. Is this a real silk?

Our products are made of 100% silk. Even though it is silk, there is the possibility to cause static electricity under rare circumstances such as being close to polyester items or exposing to extremely dry air.

Q. Is silk good for our skin?

Silk is made of cocoons of silkworms and composed of protein like human skin. It also contains fibroin which works for your skin and amino acid which produces collagen.

Q. I heard the silk pillowcases will improve my hair quality as I use them for a long time. Why is that?

Silk pillowcases help prevent hair from becoming knotted and split when you sleep, minimizing the damage caused by friction caused by dryness. In addition, silk fiber is covered with natural moisturizing ingredients called sericin, so you can use them with peace of mind.
